  • Monthly maintenance fees are billed in advance

5.3 Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Full refund if not satisfied within 30 days of initial deployment
  • Refunds requested after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Monthly maintenance fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

6. Service Delivery and Timeline

  • Starter Bot: 4-48 hours after information gathering
  • Pro Automation: 1 week after onboarding
  • Enterprise: Timeline determined during consultation

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client responsiveness.

7. Client Responsibilities

To receive services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and customers
  • Grant necessary access to systems and platforms
  • Respond to information requests in a timely manner
  • Review and approve deliverables as requested
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our Services for illegal or prohibited purposes

8. Intellectual Property

RadiantNova AI retains all rights to:

  • Our proprietary technology and software
  • The "Empathy Engine" and related AI models
  • Our brand, logo, and trademarks
  • Website content and design

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide. By using our Services, you grant us:

8.3 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive:

  • Ownership of your custom conversation flows

  • Impersonate others or provide false information

  • Compete with or reverse engineer our Services
  • Use our Services for spam or unsolicited marketing

10. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

10.1 Performance

While we strive for excellence:

  • We do not guarantee specific results or ROI
  • AI performance may vary based on use case
  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for third-party integrations

10.2 Uptime

  • We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • We are not liable for downtime beyond our control

11. Termination

11.1 By You

  • You may cancel monthly maintenance with 30 days notice
  • One-time services cannot be canceled after work begins
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy (Section 5.3)

We may suspend or terminate Services if you:

  • Fail to pay fees

12. Limitation of Liability
